We use your personal data to provide and improve our hosted blockchain and mining services (the “Service”) and to enhance your experience of the Site. “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. We collect information that you provide to us when you create an account for the Service. We also use various technologies to collect and store information, including cookies, pixel tags, local storage, such as browser web storage or application data caches, databases, and server logs.
1.1. Account Creation Information
When you register for the Service or create an account on the Site, we collect and use the Personal Data you provide to us, such as your name, email address or billing information, credit card information, cryptocurrency wallet address, IP address or other data that can be reasonably linked to that information by PinnacleStrategies, such as information we associate with your Academy of Finance online account and the Service provided to you. You will also be asked to choose a unique username and password in order to register for the Service, which will be used only for the purpose of providing access to your user account. When you register, you will have the option to secure your account by enabling Google authentication on the Settings page. For account or password recoveries, you will be able to enter the recovery email on the Settings page.
If you open an account for your customers as a professional user, you certify that when you provided information about them, you received their prior consent to provide us with their personal data and that you informed them of this Privacy Policy, to which they consented.
1.2. Log information
The PinnacleStrategies collects information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site and log into your account ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. Additionally, we may use third-party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this type of information in order to increase the functionality of our Service. Our employees are not authorized to access user names and email addresses on a need-to-know basis. Users can subscribe to our newsletter via the Site to receive information about the Service and new service offers. To receive our newsletter, users must provide a valid email address and will, in turn, receive a confirmation email so that the user can verify and authorize the use of the email address as a newsletter recipient. We will store the IP address and the date and time of each newsletter subscription to identify when an unauthorized third party's email address has subscribed to our newsletter. We will not collect any other data or pass this information on to third parties, except where required by law for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
